KPI #5 - Overproduction (giveaway)

In order to reduce overproduction (giveaway), you must closely monitor the fixed weight of a product to ensure that the latter does not weigh more at the packaging stage. By collecting data from connected weighers and scales such as Ishida's and Bizerba's models, it is possible to be notified as soon as the fixed weight of a product is exceeded. Furthermore, in the case of multiple-unit packaging (box of 12 for example), it is possible to be notified if the total weight of the whole package does not correspond to the weight sold. This way, you avoid receiving claims from customers based on weight disparities and returns and you can count on better client satisfaction.

Testimonial from a company that reduced its overproduction (giveaway)

"Thanks to TileBoard, I can monitor in real time production on my different production lines and ensure that tasks are distributed optimally amongst the numerous members of my team. I appreciate receiving the TileBoard alarms/notifications which are automatically sent as soon as there is a production slowdown or if there are standard critical weight exceedances for my fixed weight items."
